Eligibility and lawful use. By purchasing from Pro-Dose Equipment you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that your purchase, possession, and use of the products complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Products are supplied for legitimate professional, clinical, and personal medical use only.

No medical claims. Products are supplied as equipment only. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Order acceptance. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe cannot be lawfully fulfilled to its destination or is inconsistent with legitimate use.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which the seller is registered.
