Returns & Refunds Policy

Sealed products. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is our error.

Sterile products — safety exception. For hygiene and safety reasons, sterile single-use products (needles, syringes, prep pads, gauze) cannot be returned once their individual packaging is opened, and opened outer boxes may only be returned if all inner units remain sealed. This protects every customer we serve.

Our errors. Wrong item, wrong quantity, or damaged goods: we replace or refund in full, including shipping, no return required in most cases.

Process. Email us with your order number before shipping any return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
