Shipping Policy

Dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, dispatch the next business day.

Packaging. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The label shows only "PDE Fulfillment" — no product names, no company branding.

Rates. Australian orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free. Below the threshold, flat-rate and express options are calculated at checkout. International rates (US, UK, EU) are calculated at checkout in your local currency.

International orders. Import duties, taxes, and compliance with destination-country rules for medical consumables are the purchaser's responsibility. If a shipment is refused or returned due to import restrictions, we refund the product cost less shipping.

Lost or damaged shipments. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photographs of any damage. We replace damaged or missing items at our cost.
