Packaging. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The label shows only "PDE Fulfillment" — no product names, no company branding.

Rates. Australian orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free. Below the threshold, flat-rate and express options are calculated at checkout. We ship within Australia only.

Lost or damaged shipments. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photographs of any damage. We replace damaged or missing items at our cost.
