Ordering
Do I need a prescription or license to order?
No prescription is required for the equipment we sell in most jurisdictions. Some states and countries impose conditions on needle and syringe sales — see our compliance page. Every order includes an attestation that your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Do you offer wholesale or clinic pricing?
Every product already carries pack-size price breaks. For standing orders, consolidated invoicing, or volumes beyond our listed packs, open a clinic account — we'll quote you directly.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain box with no product names or branding on the outside. The shipping label shows only "PDE Fulfillment".
Products
Which needle gauge should I stock?
As a general orientation for clinical settings: 18G–21G for drawing up from vials, 23G–25G for intramuscular administration, 27G–31G for subcutaneous and fine cosmetic work. Higher gauge = thinner needle. Most treatment rooms stock a draw gauge plus two administration gauges.
What's the difference between luer-lock and luer-slip?
Luer-lock syringes thread the needle on for a positive mechanical lock — the standard choice for clinical work. Luer-slip needles push on by friction, which is faster for bench tasks. When in doubt, choose luer-lock.
Are your products sterile?
All needles, syringes, prep pads, and gauze are individually sealed, sterile, and single-use, with lot numbers on every unit. Certificates of analysis are available for clinic account holders on request.
How do I dispose of used sharps?
In an approved sharps container, via a locally approved route — community collection points, mail-back programs, or a medical waste service. Never in household trash. Our containers page and compliance page have more detail.
Shipping & returns
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Free shipping applies over the threshold shown in your cart.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we serve Australia, the US, UK, and EU with local-currency pricing. Import compliance for your destination is the purchaser's responsibility.
What's your returns policy?
Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene and safety, opened sterile products cannot be returned. Wrong or damaged items are replaced at our cost — photograph the delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
