Nature of goods. We supply sterile needles, syringes, sharps-disposal containers, skin-prep products, and related clinical consumables as equipment only, for legitimate professional, clinical, and personal medical use. We do not manufacture these goods; brand names (e.g. Reynard, Unisharp) identify the manufacturer of the item supplied and remain the property of their respective owners.

Information on this site — including gauge guides, product descriptions, and FAQs — is general information for professional purchasers and is not medical, clinical, or legal advice. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always rely on your own professional training and judgement, and on the manufacturer's instructions for use.

Sterility and single use. Products described as sterile are supplied individually sealed for single use only. Do not use if packaging is opened or damaged. Used sharps must be disposed of via a locally approved route.
Your consumer guarantees. Nothing in this notice or elsewhere on the site excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable consumer guarantees above, our total liability arising from any product or from your use of this site is limited to the price paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property. All site content we create — text, layout, branding, and generated product imagery — is owned by Pro-Dose Equipment and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party manufacturer trade marks remain the property of their owners.
