Pro Dose Equipment

Compliance & Legal Use

Pro-Dose Equipment supplies sterile injection and disposal products for legitimate professional, clinical, and personal medical use. We take compliance seriously — it protects our customers, their clients, and the availability of these products for everyone who depends on them.

Who we sell to

Our products are intended for cosmetic spas, med-spas, therapy and wellness clinics, licensed practitioners, and individuals with a legitimate medical need. By purchasing, you confirm that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Every checkout requires an attestation to this effect.

Australia

Needles and syringes are generally available for retail purchase across Australia. Sharps must be disposed of via approved routes — community sharps bins, participating pharmacies, or licensed medical waste services. Check your state or territory health department guidance for local specifics.

United States

Hypodermic needles and syringes are legal to purchase without a prescription in the majority of US states. However, several states regulate quantity, require pharmacy-only sale, or impose other conditions. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know their state's rules before ordering.

Jurisdiction General position
Most states Over-the-counter sale permitted without prescription
Some states (e.g. NJ, DE) Quantity limits or pharmacist involvement may apply to retail sale
Individual municipalities Local ordinances may add requirements beyond state law

If we identify an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled to its destination, we will cancel and refund it in full. This table is a general orientation, not legal advice — verify current rules with your state board of pharmacy.

UK & Europe

Needles and syringes are generally available for retail purchase in the United Kingdom and most EU member states. Import rules for medical consumables vary by country; customers are responsible for any customs requirements applicable to their destination.

Sharps disposal

Used sharps must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations — typically via approved sharps containers and designated collection routes (community drop-off, mail-back programs, or licensed medical waste services). Our sharps containers are designed to meet common transport and disposal standards; your disposal route must still be verified locally.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell prescription medicines, peptides, or any substances — equipment only.
  • We do not make medical claims about any product.
  • We do not knowingly fulfill orders where the sale would be unlawful at the destination.

Questions

If you're unsure whether we can supply your business or region, contact us before ordering — we'd rather answer a question than cancel an order.
