Pro-Dose Equipment supplies sterile injection and disposal products for legitimate professional, clinical, and personal medical use. We take compliance seriously — it protects our customers, their clients, and the availability of these products for everyone who depends on them.
Who we sell to
Our products are intended for cosmetic spas, med-spas, therapy and wellness clinics, licensed practitioners, and individuals with a legitimate medical need. By purchasing, you confirm that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Every checkout requires an attestation to this effect.
Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally — needles and syringes face import restrictions in many countries, and we would rather not have your order seized in transit.
Australian regulation
Needles and syringes are regulated as medical devices in Australia under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989. Requirements affecting the supply, sale, and possession of injecting equipment can also vary between states and territories, and can differ depending on the setting and intended use.
We are not able to advise you on your obligations. If you are buying for a clinic or practice, confirm your requirements with your state or territory health department, and with your professional body or insurer where relevant, before ordering. If we identify an order we cannot lawfully fulfil to its destination, we will cancel and refund it in full.

Sharps disposal
Used sharps must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations — typically via approved sharps containers and designated collection routes such as community drop-off points, participating pharmacies, or licensed medical waste services. Never place sharps in household waste or recycling. Your disposal route must be verified locally.
What we don't do
- We do not sell prescription medicines, peptides, or any substances — equipment only.
- We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about any product.
- We do not provide clinical, dosing, or treatment advice.
- We do not knowingly fulfil orders where the sale would be unlawful at the destination.
